Pedro Leon
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Pedro is a self-made New York real estate entrepreneur and the founder of Leon Enterprises, a boutique acquisition firm serving property owners across New York, New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. He built the company around direct-to-seller acquisitions and practical solutions for probate, financial distress, and rapid relocation. From the firm's Wall Street headquarters, Pedro leads acquisition strategy and capital relationships — including a partnership model that deploys company capital to renovate and professionally market properties. He sets the operating standard behind every opportunity brought to the Vault.
Henry B Torn
Director of Investor Relations
Henry brings more than twenty years of real estate sales experience — including over 500 wholesale transactions closed across 43 states, structured as assignments of contract and novations. He has built investor demand through nationwide buyer networks and negotiated with institutional buyers and independent cash investors alike. He manages the Vault's buyer network day to day and is the person you will speak with when a deal in your market comes available.
John Potts
Purchase Manager — Acquisitions
John leads acquisitions across the firm's active markets, running property evaluation, offer structuring, and closing logistics. His underwriting sets the numbers you see on every Vault opportunity, and his transparent approach with sellers is what keeps clean, contract-ready deals moving to our buyers.
